Online (Webinar) Training Sessions

E-Government.com clients are invited to attend webinar's that are run by our support personnel covering various aspects of the website, administration, email and more.

If you would like us to schedule a webinar on a particular subject, please click here to let us know what you need.

Onsite Training

Our training staff is also available to come to your facilities for onsite training when required. Just click here to have one of our representatives arrange an appointment.

Travel expenses are not included in any of our support plans and will be billed separately.

Online Problem and Enhancement Requests

Use the E-Government.com task system to enter and track  requests for new
enhancements to your website and to report any abnormalities you may be
experiencing.

Our support staff regularly reviews all of the request for enhancement. Each year a group is chosen and those are included in that year's release. See our new release page to find out what's being included in this year's release.

One of the differences between a good website and a great one is that information is organized and easy to find. We provide expert guidance to aid you in preparing a site map and adding in adding new sections and content to the site.

Search Engine Optimization

Whether you are a municipality, a trade association, an organization or a commercial business, the importance of easily finding your site with a search engine cannot be overly
emphasized.

This is called Search Engine Optimization or SEO. The staff at E-Government.com are experts at SEO. We setup our client's sites to exploit the logic that the search engine companies use to get the site placed as high as possible. Many of our customers tell us that they are first on Google, Yahoo and MSN. Most of our clients appear on the first page when doing a search.

Proactive Site Monitoring

We regularly review your site to ensure that all links are valid and that there are no other issues with site integrity. Our design staff makes suggestions to improve the sites appearance and our support staff reviews the site layout to recommend improvements.

Our proactive Site Monitoring also includes ongoing reviews of the site setup for SEO. See the prior section for more details on SEO.

Support for Domain Email Use

Included in the E-Government.com site solution is a robust web-based Email solution. For clients who wish to also use a client email solution such as Outlook or Eudora, we have setup information in the Tutorials section of our site. For more information, click here.

Support for email client solutions is not included in any of the E-Government.com packages and the time will be billed at our hourly support rates.

Custom Programming and Design

If you want even more than we have listed here, it's available. We have a staff of programmers and web design personnel ready to provide solutions to any web based software requirement.

Clients of our Premium plan even get 6-hours of programming or design at no additional charge. Or we'll provide a custom online form at no additional charge.
