Catagory Maintenance

Now we're going to go through
the maintenance of four different types of information. The word maintenance
signals three options. They are adding, modifying, or deleting. So category
maintenance means the adding, modifying, or deleting of a category. There
is also contact, media outlet, and organization maintenance. Return to
the Administrative Menu.

Let's begin with Category Maintenance.
We click on this button and a page containing all our existing categories
comes up.

As you remember, our categories
are Taste Testing, New Products, and Hunting Competitions. To the right
of each category is a green Modify and red Delete button. Below all the
categories is one clear category with a blue Add button to its right.
Dino and I don't want to delete any categories. If we did, we would simply
press the Delete button corresponding to the category we wanted to delete.
We want to change the Hunting Competitions category to Hunting Vacations.
We simply type the correction and click on Modify. We also want to add
the new category Vegan Dinos Speak Out. We type this into the bottom space
and click the Add button. When we are finished with maintenance, we use
the back button to return to the Administrative Menu.
