We have a page
now which looks very much like the category maintenance page. All contacts
are listed with first and last names, phone number, and e-mail address.
There is a Modify and Delete button to the right of each contact, and
a blank contact at the bottom with an Add button. Dino and I are the only
contacts as of now, and we don't want to delete either of ourselves. If
we did, we would simply click the Delete button next to the name of the
contact we wished to delete. Instead we are going to change Dino's last
name, as he has just married and taken the name of his wife. We click
Modify. And we also want to add the name of our new intern, Meena. We
type in her name, phone number, and e-mail address, then click Add. If
we wanted to omit any of this information, that would be fine, and it
is sometimes desirable to omit the e-mail address in interests of not
receiving too much mail. We use the back button to return to the Administrative
Menu, and all maintenance is saved.
